STUDIO ETTIQUETTE

  • Please, NO cell phones allowed in class.  This is your time to unplug for 45 minutes, to focus on you and block out the outside world. It distracts others and also takes away from your own experience.  

  • Please set your electronic watch (Apple, Fitbit, etc.) to theater mode.

  • If you MUST leave class early for any reason, please tell the instructor ahead of time or signal to them on your way out that you’re OK and nothing is wrong.

  • If you choose to stay for the end of class stretch, please stay for the entire stretch period.

  • Please wear clean clothes and socks. It gets hot, and we get sweaty, you get the picture.

  • Shower quickly when possible. Nothing is better than a shower after an intense workout but please try to limit your shower time to a maximum of five minutes so other people can have an opportunity.

  • Please respect the space of Pointe Barre Studios and their clientele.

STUDIO POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel a class online or by calling the studio without penalty up to 8 hours before the start of class. If you do not show up to class and have not cancelled within 8 hours of class you will be charged the full amount of the class or lose a class off of your class pack. If you are a monthly unlimited rider you will be charged a $10 no show fee.

REFUND POLICY

We have a strict no refund policy. Please do not purchase rides unless you are sure you will use them. We do offer account credit. You may cancel a booking up to 8 hours before the schedule start time of the Class and receive back class credit.  If you cancel a booking within 8 hours of the schedule start time of the Class (including places allocated via the waitlist), your Class credit will not be refunded.  If the Class you wish to attend is fully booked, you may choose an alternative Class with remaining spaces. Alternatively, you may join a waitlist for the fully booked class. When you join the waitlist, one class Credit will be deducted from your account. If you join the waitlist and a space becomes available, you will be automatically added to the Class. You will be notified by e-mail if you are automatically added to a Class.

If you join a waitlist but no longer wish to attend the Class, you should cancel the booking via our Website as soon as possible. If you are added to a Class you may cancel up to 8 hours before the Class and receive a refund of your Credit but you will not be refunded if you cancel within 8 hours of the Class.

If you join the waitlist and a place on the fully booked Class does not become available by the start of Class, the Class Credit debited from your account to join the waitlist will be refunded. If we cancel a class, your Class Credit will be refunded.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

You must be age 13 years or over to attend any of our Classes or to use any of our facilities at the Studios.  STRIVE does not accept the online registration of minors without the known consent of their legal guardian; please do not attempt to register on the Website if you are under the age of 13.  If STRIVE discovers that personal information has been submitted by a minor without the known consent of their legal guardian, STRIVE reserves the right to delete such information.

CLASSES

To book a class, your account must include the value of that class.  You can purchase classes or class packs via our Website or Mindbody App. Multiple Classes can also be purchased as bundles at discounted rates.  Price details for Classes are available on our Website or Mindbody App and shall be such prices as determined by us.  You should be aware that classes and series expire, and future prices are subject to change.  Subject to any statutory right of cancellation, payments for Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Conditions.

 BOOKING A CLASS

You can check availability and book Classes in advance online via our Website. When you book a Class, the cost of the class will be deducted from your account.  We make every effort to ensure that there are a suitable number of Classes available at different times of the day. However, Classes are subject to availability and we do not guarantee that spaces will be available in any given Class, even if you have sufficient Class credits in your account.

SHOP STRIVE

If you change your mind about any STRIVE accessories or apparel purchased from us, you may return them to the studio within 7 days with your receipt and we will give you a full refund provided that the items are unused and are not damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

At STRIVE we never plan on canceling class but sometimes we can’t control the weather. In the case of snow, we will still hold class as many of our riders are within walking distance of the studio. That being said, on any day where the Concord School District is either delayed or closed and you decide the trip is unsafe to make you will not lose a class from your package or be charged for late canceling or not attending class.
