Kaleigh grew up in Concord and had always been an athlete. She planned to play field hockey at Endicott College after graduating high school, but tore her ACL and was unable to play competitive sports in college. A few years later, after rehabbing her knee, she suffered a torn meniscus in the same knee, which required another surgery. Kaleigh’s go-to workout had always been running, but after her surgeries, she needed to find a workout that was better on her knees. That is when Kaleigh discovered Strive.

Kaleigh had taken an interest in indoor cycling in college. She was instantly hooked on how fun it was, and how different it was from any other workout she had done before. When she moved back to Concord and learned about Strive, she was so excited to try it out. Her first-ever class at Strive was a Justin Bieber theme ride, and after that, she was hooked! (Who wouldn’t be?) Strive allowed Kaleigh to become part of the energetic and supportive workout community that she had been seeking since her days as an athlete. Taking spin classes soon became something Kaleigh looked forward to doing every day!

Kaleigh is so excited to be a part of your Strive journey and hopes that her classes can offer that same sense of community and energy she felt when she first started (and it will definitely offer the Justin Bieber music that hooked her as well :)).

What are you striving for?  “I am striving to create a positive and energetic environment where working out feels like something we get to do rather than something we have to do!”

What is a quote you live by?  “To have something you’ve never had, you must first do something you’ve never done.”

What is something our Strive Tribe may not know about you?  “I really like elephants. I am also a third grade teacher who has mentioned to my students once or twice that I really like elephants. I’ll let you imagine how many elephant drawings/items I have been gifted over the years…”
