In our signature ride we strive together to reach new levels. In the dark, with the lights low we let the music guide us. This is where you can get lost in the music and let go of the outside world. Let the beat guide you for 45 minutes and lose yourself as you work your whole body on the bike through choreographed moves and our use of arm weights.

EXPRESS RIDE

Our signature ride condensed into 30 minutes so you can get in and out and on your way! This ride will still incorporate the choreographed beat based ride you know and love minus the arm track. Allow yourself 30 minutes to check out, get lost in the music and just BE YOU!

STRIVE STRONGER

STRIVE STRONGER is all about gaining strength through resistance. Fight through heavy hills, quick drops and 2 arm sculpting tracks. This class incorporates high intensity interval training to keep your heart rate up and keep you striving to be the best version of yourself.

Our Signature 45-Minute Strive Ride expanded to 60 minutes! The same great beats set along with intentional movements and two arms tracks.

STRENGTH

PULSE

This mat-based offering is rooted in barre technique and inspired by principles of pilates. Our focus is on muscle endurance (lighter weights and more reps), improving core strength, posture and the mind-body connection. Throughout this class we move with the beat of the music through powerful sequences while isolating various parts of the body to strengthen and lengthen.

ACTIVATE

Unique to STRIVE, Activate is designed to help you build strength through weighted , slow and intentional movement matched to the beat of the music. This mat-based, low-impact class will have your heart pumping, sweat dripping, and spirit souring with minutes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Built to activate all muscle groups, you'll leave this 45-minute class feeling strong AF💪🏼. When we say total body, we mean it. Nothing is going to get in your way once you're done with this class.⠀

FLOW45

This 45 minute class, inspired by gentle Vinyasa postures, focuses on isolated areas of the body to intentionally support functional movement and stretching of specific muscle groups. Each movement is designed to help and support your day to day movement in addition to strengthening your other workout experiences. Connecting your breath to your movement will allow you to flow with intention, increase flexibility, improve balance and strengthen your core. As always you will leave this Strive Class feeling inspired and renewed. Set to motivational music, this class is a must if you’re looking to add in mindful movement to your routine. *This class is great for individuals of all levels regardless of yoga knowledge, experience or ability*
